Soul of the Brine King Is great at mitigating Freeze and Chill, as well as providing some stun and block recovery. This last part is of minor importance, we mostly value the freeze immunity and the reduced chill.

Minor Gods

Soul of Abberath is a great choice for mitigating Ignite and Burning ground.
