TbXie's Poison Seismic Trap Saboteur Ascendancy, Pantheons & Bandits (PoE Trial of the Ancestors 3.22)
Ascendancy (Shadow – Saboteur)
Born in the Shadows
Because of the way we tailored leveling, Born in the Shadows provides a ton of safety. Blinding enemies on hit, Blinding enemies in your viscinity as well as taking 15% reduced damage from them is incredibly viable.
Chain Reaction
Chain Reaction is an enabler for trap builds and a huge QoL. This is also right around the time we swap to Seismic as they overlap so triggering them simultaneously is a big upgrade.
Pyromaniac
Saboteur’s own layer of sustain, Pyromaniac, usually provides you about 10% Life Regeneration which is so much better than most people give it credit for. On top of that, combined with a Freeze Pantheon, this node makes you vintage Ailment Immune. Obviously, there are more problematic & more dangerous ailments than the vanilla ailments but not having to deal with ignite & shock is still pretty big.
Like Clockwork
This notable grants your Trap, which has a cooldown, extra cooldown reduction which effectively acts like a more multiplier. Sick DPS node which is only taken last because you wont feel the need for this damage beforehand. Additionally, Clockwork is a hidden buff to bossing as some bosses will have less annoying mechanics because they have reduced cooldown reduction. For example, you’ll have less memory phases during the maven fight if you have this Ascendancy point.
Bandits
There really only is one option here. You want to kill all to help Eramir for 2 Skill Points. None of the Bandit options are particularly useful to you for this build.
Pantheons
Major Gods
Soul of The Brine King is your Pantheon of Choice. It grants you some much needed Stun avoidance.
Minor Gods
I would recommend Soul of Abberath here as Burning Ground is incredibly annoying for almost any build. Make sure to upgrade it.
Upgrading your Pantheons
Pantheon powers can be upgraded by using Divine Vessel in the Map Device while you are activating the particular Map that contains the boss you need. Once you’ve killed the boss and captured his soul, you can consume the Divine Vessel, which’ll show up filled in the map device, or deliver it to Sin in Oriath for extra dialogue relating to the game’s lore.
